Leveraging emerging technologies, citizens will have access to a broad spectrum of services spanning key areas such as mobility, energy, knowledge, health, and building management.
In this context, researchers from Cadi Ayyad University and Gustave Eiffel University, representing diverse disciplines—including information technology, sociology, economics, and psychology—are pooling their expertise within a collaborative framework that unites the academic community, industry stakeholders, and local authorities.
The International LivingLab Workshop “SensCity” embodies this vision. Its objective is to establish a structured scientific community dedicated to addressing the challenges of smart cities. Leading experts are invited to engage in in-depth discussions and knowledge exchange on the complexities of the city of the future, examining how science and innovation can drive sustainable, technology-enabled solutions that place the enhancement of citizens’ quality of life at the heart of urban development.
