Empowering Future Leaders: CEIRS-UCA’s Innovation and Skill-Building Programs
The Centre for Excellence in Research and Sustainability (CEIRS-UCA), established in 2019, fosters student development through innovative programs that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion. Key initiatives include partnerships with UNESCO Maghreb for events like the Gameathon Facticité in Bouznika, where UCA students won the Championne Prize, enhancing critical thinking and innovation skills. Additionally, the Web-radio “Sawt-UCA” project, in collaboration with the Bawsala association, provides training in communication techniques and media dynamics, culminating in podcast launches and broadcasts on SNRT Radio Marrakech. These efforts, combined with personalized support for international students through “one-to-one” activities, improve linguistic and social competencies, preparing students for global challenges and community leadership.
